NetPlay Buys Player Database from Pitch Entertainment Limited for Its Live Roulette Entertainment
On May 27th, 2008, British-based NetPlay Television PLC has bought the whole gambling database of the Pitch Entertainment Limited, improving its player base by more than three thousand five hundred players, who just last month, put down 2 million pounds in gross wagers.
Aside from the database, for a period of six months after the completion, all customers logging into Pitch Gaming.com will be directed automatically to NetPlay's Live online Roulette site. The total payment for the player database is 125,000 pounds, which the company paid in cash.
This latest agreement followed the recent buy-out of the Pitch Roulette Sky Channel 848. Sky Channel 848 will be utilized for the debut of NetPlay's brand new gaming service, Live Blackjack. NetPlay has developed an interesting and one-of-a kind Online and Television gambling format to match their existing Live Roulette Offering on Sky Channel 847.
The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NetPlay Martin Higginson commented that with the acquisition of the player database, they hope to strengthen and improve their position as a leader on Live Interactive Television gambling. These 3,500 players have already said their plans to place funds and play Television roulette. They hope that they can offer good service to their customers. They are also hoping to offer mobile gaming in the near future.
