On July 29th, 2008, NetPlay Television PLC of Britain has proudly announced the debut of their free Live Roulette programme for Freesat Television, the joint digital television offering from terrestrial broadcasters BBC and ITV.
The Live Roulette show of NetPlay debut on Channel 851 around the clock on Thursday and gives viewers the opportunity to watch the show even if they are just in their homes through television and at the same time put down bets either on the Internet at LiveRoulette.com or by calling the 0871 telephone number.
The Freesat television reaches around ninety-eight percent of British households and has more than eighty free digital channels scattered all over television and ratio aside from high definition (hd) services. Its line-up of shows will improve each month with up to two hundred channels by the end of 2008 and viewers will only need to pay a one time equipment fee in order to acquire the service with no additional subscription or contract charge.
Martin Higginson, the Chairman and Chief Executive of NetPlay Television said that they are very happy with the debut of Live Roulette on Freesat and said that this is a good move for them.
