Roulette's Red Snake Bet

The Red snake bet in roulette is highly uncommon, and the odds of any player who comes to the roulette table seeing the bet made is highly unlikely. However, it exists, and it is legal, and provides high winnings for players who have great resources, and mostly, a lot of money. The red snake bet is seen made mostly by high rollers in Las Vegas and Reno.

The Red Snake Bet is made only with the red numbers on the table layout and all must touch each other. It begins at one and snakes its way down to five, nine, twelve, fourteen, sixteen, nineteen, twenty-three, twenty-seven, thirty, thirty-two and finally to thirty-four. In order to place a red snake bet you must place your chips on the appropriate numbers on the layout. It may seem that your chances to win this bet are high, if only because of the sheer volume of numbers covered. However, it is important to remember that this bet, although exciting, is a very expensive one, and is suited to high rollers and experts. It can be devastating to a novice with limited funds. Payouts on inside bets pay 35 to 1 in most casinos, remember that the ball lands on only one number, so you can expect to win a certain amount of money, but unless you bet an outrageous sum of money, your dividend will be small.
